Beyond the music and comedy— who is Page Kennedy?

Page Kennedy is a great father. I had my father in my life. Lots of
black kids in urban neighborhoods didn’t have that luxury, I did. My
father didn’t do everything right. I learned from his mistakes and try
to not make the same ones. I am a huge sports fan. Primarily
Basketball and Football. I watch every single Laker game played even
summer and preseason. I also love watching TV and movies.

How has your upbringing shaped the man known as Page Kennedy?

Pretty much I had to learn from my parents mistakes. My mom was really
young when she had me. So she had to learn to be a woman while having
a baby. It was very hard for her. But she gave me GOD and that was the
greatest gift that has ever come from her. So working hard and
fighting to be successful is something I learned from my parents and I
keep with me.

What would be the ideal role for you to play?

Something that showed comedy and vulnerability. Something with heart.
I wanna win an Oscar

Who would you love to co-star with in a project and why?

Denzel Washington. He is my favorite actor and I wanna learn from him.
I wanna listen to his stories. I want hear him talk about his process
and thoughts of choices.

How has fatherhood shaped you alongside your journey within your career?

It has shown me patience. It has shown me that I want to be great and
make an impact.

What would you tell the 16 year old Page Kennedy?

don’t know that I would so no use in mentioning it LOL.

How has social media shaped your approach to what you do? You use many
platforms very well and I know when vine was popular you were
extremely savvy with using it as a vehicle to reach

different ways to play beats and emotions. Theatre training for
instance taught me that you don’t always have to scream to show anger
or rage.
