Remy Ma v. Nicki Minaj has the internet going crazy

From celebrities weighing in to media personalities lampooning the female rap beef; this Remy Ma v. Nicki Minaj rap drama has everyone fixated. Remy Ma dropped a seven minute battle rap against Nicki in a bid to come for her crown or title as the Queen of Rap. The song touches on her past relationships, name drops men she’s supposedly slept with and even takes her to taks for not arranging a menage a trois for her ex Meek Mills as a play on her name. Remy Ma chides her with the lines:

Her name Minaj, right? She ain’t throw you some bad thots?”
He said “Nah,” that’s when I knew you was really a trash bop

It was a hard hitting song that much can not be denied. People definitely have been chiming in that the diss track is good for hip hop culture and that Nicki should not be complacent with her current success. Most people want her to respond. In this age of instant news fans want a response asap.

In response Nicki has posted a serious a sultry snaps from music video shoots and fashion week. She is seemingly unbothered. Β But people forget that the greats often responded months later. Don’t count Nicki Minaj out just yet. It is clear she is doing new music. I would not be surprised if she drops a diss track but on her own terms and on her own time.

Check out some of the hilarious responses on the net:

Remy Ma’s second diss was dropped in hopes of getting a response from Nikki Minaj but unlike how Drake murdered Meek Mill in a second diss track, the second diss has gotten lukewarm reviews:
